• Rates are in US$ and are per night based on occupancy listed.
• Each additional guest in same suite is US$25 per night.
• A 9% Government Hotel Tax and 8% Service Charge applies.
• Children 12 years and under are free – one child per adult.
• Minimum 3 nights stay on all bookings.
• Minimum 5 nights stay during Holiday Season.

DEPOSIT / PAYMENT POLICY:
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of US$100 per person (including children) is required at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to date of arrival. Payment in full is due at time of booking if within 30 days of arrival date. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:
Full refund if cancelled 60+ days prior to arrival. 50% refund if cancelled 30-60 days prior to arrival. No refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. A 5% handling fee will be charged for all refunds. No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of accommodations. There will be no refunds due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest or Acts of God, including Hurricanes. Travel insurance is recommended and can be purchased through Travel Guard International – www.travelguard.com.
